quest: A Journey of Faith Rev. Anita Cobb Named Program

The Christian Church in Indiana announced that Rev. Anita Cobb has been called to serve as Program Director for quest: A Journey of Faith, made possible by a Lilly Endowment, Inc. grant.

Rev. Cobb “stood above the crowd” of exceptional candidates, bringing the “full package:” passion for the project, leadership ability, and experience, along with her deep spiritual and theological insights. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana and Christian Theological Seminary. She has worked in schools, clinical health settings, and as a pastor.

In response to this call, Rev. Cobb stated: “I am very excited about being the Program Director. This opportunity fuels my passion for sharing the gospel, growing faith, and helping others to find meaningful ways to expand their learning. Returning home to Indianapolis is an added bonus!”

Rev. Cobb joined the Indiana regional staff in January 2024. She will be instrumental in shaping the quest program, whose focus is on supporting and equipping parents/caregivers to do the work of faith formation in the home. It will also facilitate connection between families and local congregations.
